The new smaller Oura ring is the first consumer-available wearable that helps individuals to align their life style, activities and sleep habits to their natural circadian rhythm. The Oura ring tracks heart rate, amplitude and intensity of the body movement, respiratory rate and body temperature. Personalized guidance is based on user’s sleep, activity and physiological responses measured over weeks and months. Accompanied Oura mobile application helps users to make optimal everyday choices by suggesting most favourable bedtimes, promoting sleep improving habits and providing personalized activity guidance.

“The new Oura ring is the future of sleep tracking and guidance. It’s the first truly personal and actionable device for improving sleep and aligning with your circadian rhythm. What makes this possible is our database of over a million individual nights. We can utilize machine-learning to uncover previously hidden trends and patterns to serve individual people and help them understand themselves better.”
Hannu Kinnunen, the Chief Scientist at Oura.

Oura has users in over 50 countries, and several top universities, research organizations, sleep clinics, and companies are utilizing the data and insights that Oura provides.
